L'Academie du Champagne, or 'The Champagne Academy' was established in 1956 and over 60 years later remains a closely guarded secret in the Wine Trade…which it shouldn’t be! With no physical course able to take place since 2019, our class of 2022 waited with bated breath for two long years, to finally attended the trip of their dreams.
